Register for your first personal training session in-person at Five Star Fitness. The session will begin with a 10-minute health screening conducted by the personal trainer. The client’s health history and goals will be discussed based on the health history paperwork. Additionally, the trainer will also determine appropriate target heart rates, conduct a blood pressure screening and measure body fat composition. Then a 5-minute warm-up, followed by 30-minutes of workout with the trainer. After workout is complete, a 5-minute cool down exercise will be given, followed by a stretching exercise. The next 5 training sessions, will consist of the above workout routine with the trainer without the 10-minute assessment. In addition, client will have full/unlimited access to the fitness center for one-month during business hours.
